Sabine Rogers

Sabine has over three years of experience working on clean energy, energy efficiency, and climate change issues. As Manager, Government & Regulatory Affairs, at AnnDyl, Sabine leads state legislative and regulatory advocacy, policymaker education, and policy analysis/monitoring efforts for clients. She also manages initiatives related to the smart grid and home energy management, and has co-authored reports on grid-interactive efficient buildings and how smart technologies can advance home performance. Sabine convenes and engages with key industry stakeholders, and has organized numerous conference sessions, workshops, and working group meetings on topics related to energy efficiency and smart home technology.
Prior to joining AnnDyl, Sabine worked on statewide political campaigns and interned with Efficiency Vermont on an emerging workforce development initiative for energy efficiency trades as well as with the U.S. Green Building Council supporting a technology platform that tracks city sustainability. Drawing on collaborative research conducted at the 2016 IUCN World Conservation Congress, she co-authored a peer-reviewed article that was recently published in the Journal of Political Ecology (2020).
Sabine holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Mount Holyoke College. She has lived in Indonesia and has working knowledge of both Bahasa Indonesia and French.
